Your own personal well-being is chief among these. “If you’re worried about health, stop worrying and do something about it,” Lawson says. “Anything can be achieved if you want it enough. But, like anything worthwhile in life, you have to put your heart and soul into it.”

“A common mistake people make is to think they don’t have the energy to exercise. Interestingly, the more you exercise, the more energy you have,” says Lawson.
